I remove common tenant-related issues like late or unpaid rent, as well as needing to apply for a section 21 or section 8 to get them to leave, providing you with peace of mind. Guests who book the property through an online travel agent e.g Booking.com or Airbnb are considered guests, not tenants, and do not have any rights to reside in the property.
As a member of the property redress scheme and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), I uphold industry standards and legal requirements. I pride myself on being data protection compliant and a registered company under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The reason behind starting this business was my passion for customer service and desire to get onto the property ladder. Faced with a lack of mortgage options, I took the initiative to buy a property in Wales which are significantly cheaper. This led me into the world of serviced accommodation and corporate lettings offering a unique path to property involvement without the need to purchase the properties itself.
I provide the Landlord with peace of mind, ensuring an ethical and professional property management service . Additionally, I could face penalties for undertaking work without joining the legally required Property Redress Scheme, obtaining a Data Protection License and having the relevant insurances in place.
I'm actively seeking more properties from landlords to use as serviced accommodation. I'll handle the listing process on OTAs such as Booking.com and Airbnb, as well as furnishing the properties to a high standard. There is a possibility of decorating for the Landlord if the property has a tired look about it.
